We are one of the largest traveling caterers in the province of Ontario. Ribfest’s, concerts, cooperatesdf catering and high volume events are our specialty. We are currently planning to market our sauces and barbeque products nationwide.
In 2002 Blazin’ BBQ had its debut at S.A.R.S.STOCK, One of the largest benefit concerts and barbeque events in North-America. From there we have been building our reputation through Ribfest’s, concerts and corporate catering across Ontario. Along the way we have received many awards for ribs, chicken, sauce and pulled pork. Our most prized possession is winning 2007 best ribs and sauce at Canada’s Largest Ribfest in Burlington, Ontario.
Our mission is to create old southern style barbeque with a modern Canadian Edge. Through flare and showmanship, we strive to provide a fun and exciting atmosphere to keep our guests entertained. We pride ourselves in finding the freshest and finest quality ingredients available, ensuring we present the best product to our valued guests.
Blazin’ BBQ is an asset to your event in many different ways. First and foremost we strive to give our guests an exciting and entertaining atmosphere while visiting. The displays of knife, tong, and fire tricks along with our outgoing personalities; we ensure that our guests will have a smile on their face before even trying our mouth-watering barbeque. We also produce some of the highest quality barbeque in North-America, shown by our accumulation of awards at local Ribfests throughout Ontario.
Dedication to health, environment and the success of an event are strong attributes of Blazin’ BBQ. Our alliance with the health department is very important to us, never having any major infractions with various divisions across Ontario. In 2008 Blazin’ BBQ went GREEN with the implementation of 100% biodegradable containers, cutlery and garbage bags. We have also led the way helping various Rib fests develop GREEN programs to ensure we leave the smallest carbon footprint possible. In 2006 we confirmed our commitment to Canada’s Largest Ribfest by weathering tropical storm Ernesto. We were one of two vendors that braved the 80 km wind gusts to satisfy the needs of the public. The first vendor open and the last vendor to closed, is another way we show our dedication and will to succeed.
